  1. The snes pi FOE is a great idea. But, I was kind of wondering how the development on RC8 is going for those of us who don't have the $80 right now? Thanks.

    1. It's coming along nicely! Because it's been so long since the last update, expect an "RC7-B" of sorts very soon. There'll be a significant number of improvements, although there may be some areas that will need a bit of polish. That will be released (for free, as always) more or less when the SNES Pi's go out, as its only the hardware that's being sold, not the game itself. A true RC-8 will follow in due time, with further expanded maps and (fingers crossed, assuming all goes well) another sidequest!

    2. Can you change the defaults of walking/running? It would be good to run by defaults like in CC & CTDS.

    3. I can look into it, but unfortunately I don't think that's possible. But why would you want to? The B-button is my favorite button! We spent a lot of time together during play-throughs of the original game... *cries tears of nostalgia*

    4. Thanks for the update. I hope the "RC7-B" or whatever you end up calling the next release doesn't end up waiting for the Pi's. I have been watching this project for years and I had just about given up hope that it would continue. Really looking forward to the next release.

By the way I second changing the default run/walk or make it an option. CC made a good move doing that, holding down a button for hours just to run is pointless.

In regards to the Pi's, are you planning on just making this one batch or will you do more? I would love to get one but I won't have the $$ till early 2014.

      Thanks.

  2. We will continue to offer the SNES Pi's, the only thing limited with the "first run" is the Guide/Artbook. :)
